Our thoughts continue to be with the entire nation and our global community as we continue to face the many difficulties brought on by COVID-19. During this tumultuous time and with so much uncertainty, we think it’s important for us to continuously monitor the latest information and guidelines available to us from the Centers for Decease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As we continue to address concerns, we’d like to share with you the ways in which we are making efforts to keep both our valued team members and customers safe.

For Bixby Wells Brand, that means understanding how it affects our team members and customers and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our team members safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

We have ramped up cleaning services at our facility. Sanitizing wipes are near workstations so that team members can keep them continuously cleaned.

We are closely following the CDC guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our team members on the importance of washing their hands for 20 seconds and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk. Per CDC recommendations, we will ask team members who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-isolate for 14 days.

In general, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days at ambient temperatures because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces.

Through these difficult times we will continue to hold an optimistic outlook for the future. We continue to make updates to our own policies in order to keep our Bixby Wells Brand Family safe and healthy.
