How do I make the payment?

When will I receive my new hair system if I place an order today?

Standard time: 5 to 6 weeks
Rush service:  Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are not able to offer rush service at this time.

How long does the shipment take?

We ship every order by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Deliveries take up to 3 standard business days within the continental US depending upon weather conditions. Delivery will take longer for international orders.

How long will my new hair system last?

Hair Systems are not intended to last forever. Without the body's natural oils to protect it, human hair will eventually become dry and brittle. On average, you will need a new hair system every three months or so. Some people replace their hair system every six months and some every month. It is a personal decision. The newer the hair system, the more vibrant the hair will be. With the affordable options provided by Bixby Wells Brand, it is best to replace as often as your budget allows. Our products have a lifespan ranging from 1 month to over 1 year.

Can I buy tapes and glues at the same time?

Bixby Wells Brand offers a system grooming kit, an installation kit and a touch up kit. Any kit that contains alcohol must be shipped via ground delivery.
